Terms of use
Proper registration is required for the use of offers in our online shop. In this regard as a customer, you are responsible for providing truthful and complete information.
If incomplete or inaccurate information, or if you neglect to inform us of changes, then we are entitled to immediately exclude you from using the online shop.
You are obligated to treat your personal login information as confidential and to prevent access by unauthorized third parties.
Subject matter of the contract, characteristics
The subject matter of the contract is the products specified in your order and listed in your order confirmation at the retail prices listed in the online shop. Errors and omissions are reserved, particularly

Prices and payments
The prices quoted at the time of the order shall apply to orders in our online shop. The prices quoted are retail prices in Euro (EUR) and include the applicable value-added tax and shipment cost.
The shipping costs to be paid by you are provided in the shopping cart before your order is shipped.
Payment for the items takes places via the methods of payment suggested in the order process under the conditions specified there.
Delivery and retention of title
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be sent to the address provided by the customer.
Returns
If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for Size/Color Exchange, Store Credit or Partial Refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.
Return Instructions
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
To request a return go to MY AREA and either sign in to your account or enter your email and order number. Next select the items to return and the desired type of return. Once completed, Actibeautyshop.com will send a confirmation email, with the Return Authorization Number (RAN), the shipping label and instructions for the return shipment.
Types of Returns
– Size/Color Exchange
Return shipping is free when returning an item for Size/Color Exchange.
Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available. If the item is returned a second time, the compensation will be a partial refund.
– Store Credit
Return shipping is free when returning an item for Store Credit.
As soon as the return has been processed, the Client will receive a code for the total value of the returned items. The code may be used on the next order placed on Actibeautyshop.com.
Store Credit:
can be used one time only within three months of the return;
is not cumulative with other Store Credits;
must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the Store Credit.
-Partial Refund
In the case that a refund is requested, the cost of shipping and any import fees are the responsibility of the Client.
The cost of return shipping is EUR 30, plus the cost of import fees. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Actibeautyshop.com.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Orders paid by PayPal or by Bank Wire Transfer will be refunded to the original account.
All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Return Terms & Conditions
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
Returns must be packaged in the Actibeautyshop.com box.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, Clients must follow the instructions above. Actibeautyshop.com reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim shorts or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the Client.
Pickups for all authorized returns with Actibeautyshop.com’s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, Actibeautyshop.com reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.
Actibeautyshop.com reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, Actibeautyshop.com will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
Confidentiality and data protection
The confidentiality and privacy policy valid for this website can be found under the Privacy Policy, which is subject to the General Terms and Conditions. You hereby acknowledge that the use of this website allows us to use the personal information you provided. This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which we use personal information. By using this website, you agree to the Privacy Policy. The General Terms and Conditions obligate you to comply with the relevant provisions of the Privacy Policy.
Final provisions
The contract language is Italian or in English.
For disagreements and disputes arising in connection with the Online Shop, Swiss law shall apply to the exclusion of all laws on the international purchase of movable goods. The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
If individual provisions are or become invalid, then the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
